How do I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow a few days for tracking information to activate — this is completely normal.
Can I change or cancel my order?
As soon as an order is confirmed, it moves straight to preparation, so we're unfortunately unable to guarantee changes or cancellations. That said, please do get in touch as soon as possible and we'll do everything we can to help.
Do you accept returns?
Yes. You're welcome to initiate a return within 30 days of receiving your order, provided the item is in its original condition and packaging.
How do I make a return?
Simply contact us at info@lilianhome.com or through our contact form with your order number, the item you'd like to return, and your reason for returning it. We'll take it from there and guide you through the process.
What if my item arrives damaged?
Not to worry. If your item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, we'll arrange a full replacement or refund at no cost to you — no questions asked.
