Refunds

As Lilian Home operates with a cash-on-delivery payment method only, refunds will be processed after the returned item has been received and inspected. Once approved, we will notify you via email and arrange your refund through an appropriate method, such as bank transfer or store credit.

Please note that shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for the cost of returning the item unless it was received damaged or incorrect.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct product exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, you may return the original item and place a new order once your return is processed.
